ILLAFsoft product version support policy
Only the latest shipping version and one
previous version of ILLAFsoft products are eligible for
support.
For example, if the latest shipping version of
ProDenta is ProDenta 4, support would be available only
for ProDenta 3 and later versions.
The 90-day complimentary
support period for ILLAFsoft Full packages begins with the
first phone or e-mail Technical Support contact for any
product in the bundle.
For example, if the first call or
e-mail message is for ProDenta 4 in the ProDenta/Surger
package, the 90 day support period will also start for Surger
4.
