does not sell boxed products and manuals separately. If you
have lost or damaged your original manual please check our
support centers for a downloadable version of the manual. |

Registered
users can purchase replacement CDs for our products while
stock lasts. The charge is US$25. Please contact
ILLAFsoft Doctor Service with your credit card number,
expiration date, your shipping address, and your serial number.
We will place an order for you. |

lost my serial number. Where can I find it? |
 |
Here
are some places to look for your serial number.
The serial
number is located on your registration card.
If you
downloaded and purchased the software from the ILLAFsoft.com,
you can resend your serial number to yourself using your ILLAFsoft.com
membership account settings.
If you cannot locate your serial number, contact Doctor
Service with your name, address and clinic name (if applicable).
