There are many ways to purchase ILLAFsoft products. For detailed purchasing information please visit the ILLAFsoft purchase information page.

How do I receive technical support for my ILLAFsoft product?
ILLAFsoft offers various technical support options for registered users, including the ILLAFsoft support centers, e-mail support, and other support methods as outlined on the ILLAFsoft support overview.

The 90-day free complimentary support begins with the first call or e-mail message to Technical Support.For ILLAFsoft packages, the 90-day free complimentary support begins with the first phone or e-mail to Technical Support for any product in the bundle.

How do I get e-mail updates about the latest ILLAFsoft product information?
Follow the "newsletter" links in the membership center to subscribe to our custom HTML newsletter. We allow you to choose what products you'd like to get information about, as well as letting you define what types of information you'll receive. You can control your subscription settings from ILLAFsoft.com as well.

How do I notify ILLAFsoft of a change in my e-mail address?
You can make changes to your e-mail address and contact information by editing your account settings at the membership center.

How do I stop receiving the ILLAFsoft newsletters?
Please log in and change your settings.

I've lost my manual. How do I order a replacement?
ILLAFsoft does not sell boxed products and manuals separately. If you have lost or damaged your original manual please check our support centers for a downloadable version of the manual.

I've lost or damaged my CD. How do I order a replacement?
Registered users can purchase replacement CDs for our products while stock lasts. The charge is US$25. Please contact ILLAFsoft Doctor Service with your credit card number, expiration date, your shipping address, and your serial number. We will place an order for you.

I've lost my serial number. Where can I find it?
Here are some places to look for your serial number.

The serial number is located on your registration card.
If you downloaded and purchased the software from the ILLAFsoft.com, you can resend your serial number to yourself using your ILLAFsoft.com membership account settings.

If you cannot locate your serial number, contact Doctor Service with your name, address and clinic name (if applicable).
