How do I become
a member?
Go to the Create
a Membership page and fill out the membership
sign up form. You'll create a new user name and a password
that will give you access to all the ILLAFsoft.com membership
features.
Why would I
want to log in as a member?
Logging in as
a member makes your purchase process more convenient. You can
view your order history and status, we can prefill your order
form with the information you provided when you created an account,
and we'll alert you online (or by e-mail) of special offers that
are of interest to you. And if you choose to have us "remember"
you, the next time you visit our site we will customize your experience
with ILLAFsoft.com.

Use our Lost Password
form. If you don't remember your user name, try using your e-mail
address. We use e-mail addresses as the default user name for
new members. If you have a ILLAFsoft.com membership, we'll send
you an e-mail with your password.
What happens

I already have
medical software. How can I switch to ILLAFsoft Medical Software
without reloading all of my patients?
Because ILLAFsoft
has transferred data from so many different programs, we have
become good at it! If your data is in ASCII or dbf format, we
can probably transfer the patient data and insurance data at a
small fee (around $500). We do not attempt to transfer transaction
data, but bring up a previous balance line for input of balances
from the old program. We suggest that you run the old program
until old balances have been cleared.
What if I have
questions or problems. How long does it take for you to get back
to me?
Unlike other companies
that rely on voice mail, your phone call will be answered by a
real person. There is no waiting time -- your question gets answered
immediately. We currently staff from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (EST)
Monday-Friday. We maintain a 24-hour bulletin board and review
email every three hours.. We are always reachable.

How do I learn
ILLAFsoft Medical Software? Do you come to our clinic to train?
On-site training can be arranged, but it is rarely necessary because
ILLAFsoft is so easy to use. ILLAFsoft is shipped with a training
manual, on-screen help and a complete tutorial. With the purchase
of ILLAFsoft for Windows, you receive 90 days free telephone support.
By that time, you'll be an expert!
When I need

Customer Service handles questions about purchasing, returns,
refunds, shipping, registration, serial numbers, and any other
questions about your order that come up during the ordering, registration,
and installation of your product.

We accept US$ only. When you pay with your international credit
card, your bank will apply the current US$ exchange rate according
to your agreement with the credit card company.

information was not accepted. What can I do?
If this is a large purchase, or you have submitted your credit
card information several times, contact Customer
Service.
Remember that your credit card will not be charged until the product
is actually shipped.

Do you charge
sales tax?
The laws differ from state to state. In Syria we are legally required
to charge you sales tax according to the calculations you see
during your purchasing process. If we do not charge taxes, you
may still be liable to pay the taxes yourself. We don't charge
sales tax on purchases made from outside of the Syria.

Why is the
status of my order still "pending"?
If the status of your order is still "pending" after 3 working
days, contact Customer Service.
When will I
get my products?
Orders are processed immediately. Our warehouse is alerted within
minutes of your order. We ship your order according to the availability
of the product, usually within 72 hours. Availability is indicated
in the shopping cart and on your receipt. Please allow for the
shipping time you've selected. Note that estimated delivery times
do not include weekends. To track your order, follow the link
on your receipt to the shipping company, (FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
They will give you detailed information on your shipment.
Can I track
my current order?

Unfortunately for all of our true ILLAFsoft fans, we don't offer
any promotional items at the moment. But we are looking to offer
these in the future!
How can I view
my order history?
Go to your account page by logging in as a member, and you can
see your current order, your order history, and all other information
you've provided in the past. It's a good idea to keep your information
current, particularly the e-mail address.
