Upgrade Steps
1. Make sure your copy of ILLAFsoft ProGynec is eligible for upgrade.
2. Find your duct's serial number. You will need to enter this
number when you install your upgrade. (Read the Upgrade
Q&A ).
3. Purchase your upgrade through:
· the ILLAFsoft Order Center (call (963) 41-476667 in the ME)
· more ILLAFsoft International Purchase
Options.
4. Install your new upgrade. You will need to enter your old duct
serial number.
5. Register your new upgrade to
receive a several benefits. Registering
your duct does not start the free 90 day technical support period.
The free support period only begins with your first phone call to
ILLAFsoft Technical support.
