How do I register my product or my new upgrade? |

You can register
your product by submitting the software registration online form,
by mailing in the registration card that came in your product box,
or during the installation process itself. Your product will be
automatically registered if you purchase it by phone from the ILLAFsoft
Order Center. |

What are the benefits of software registration? |
 |
When you register your product, you are eligible to receive 90 days of free technical support. ILLAFsoft will also keep your serial number on record (we
can look it up for you if you ever lose it). Registration also gets
you timely notification of product updates, free extensions, new
products, revisions, and more. If you choose, you can also receive
special offers and upgrade discounts by e-mail. |

Does registering my product begin my 90-day free support period? |

No. Your free technical support does not begin until your first phone call or e-mail seeking technical assistance

Where can I find my product serial number? |
 |
If the software program is installed, you can find the serial number in the "About [Software Title]" section in the Help menu (Windows) . If you have
a boxed product, you can also find your serial number on the registration
card that came in the package. |

I can't find my serial number. Can ILLAFsoft help? |
 |
If you've registered your product, ILLAFsoft can look up the serial number for you. Call Customer Service at (963) 41-476667. Your product was automatically
registered if you purchased it by phone from the ILLAFsoft Order
Center. If you haven't registered your product, ILLAFsoft can provide
you with a new serial number if you send us proof of purchase (copy
of a commercial invoice or receipt). |
